Free online meditation & mindfulness group

I am delighted that our online meditation & mindfulness group got off to an excellent start last night. We had a number of people who are self-isolating join and some key workers too. We did a guided meditation and learnt a mindfulness tool to help us stay present in difficult moments. We also looked at some of the scientific research showing why these practices work.

Monday and Friday evenings at 8pm we are doing these online sessions, as part of our pro-bono work, for the foreseeable future.
