Power of meditation
I woke up this morning feeling down and low energy. After 30 minutes of meditation I felt totally transformed: happy and calm. Thankfully this feeling has lasted for a positive and productive day.
Just a brief meditation can change our mood. With an established meditation practice even a short meditation can improve our feelings enormously. That practice does need to be deeply rooted so we are quickly able to switch our mind and tap into that foundation we’ve built up over time. It’s similar to fitness really.
That’s why taking time out to learn meditation in a calm environment, followed by meditating daily for several weeks is the best way to start. But wherever you are now is a good time to consider learning meditation. It really can improve all aspects of your life.
