Pro-bono taster session
Mindful WorkLife hosted a pro-bono taster session yesterday evening at the London Chamber of Commerce on #BlueMonday, teaching executives key #mindfulness tools to use throughout the working day.
A ‘simple breathing space’ technique can be used at any point during the day, navigating negative emotions and stressful environments. Practicing mindfulness tools helps reduce #stress, anxiety, negative emotions and low mood.
