Last FREE on-line mindfulness and meditation session

We have been doing free on-line mindfulness and meditation sessions every Monday and Friday evening since 19 March for those who wish to learn during lockdown. Tonight will be our last session and I would like to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this challenging period. We have had a wonderful group, learnt much and had a lot of fun!
